DMCA Policy

SPORTSTREAM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 and similar international laws, we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the Service (URL).
• Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Send DMCA notices through our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".

We will review each notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time, typically 24–72 hours.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate access for users or stream sources who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

5. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.

6. Good Faith Use

Some content displayed on the Service may be sourced from publicly available APIs (such as ESPN) for informational purposes under fair use principles. If you are a rights holder and wish to discuss the use of such content, please contact us.

7. No Hosting of Infringing Content

SPORTSTREAM operates as a streaming platform. We do not knowingly host infringing content. All stream broadcasters using our Service warrant that they have the necessary rights to broadcast the content they transmit.
